Casale Daniele è un bel casale con piscina in affitto in Toscana situato in posizione molto panoramica nel Casentino, a breve distanza dal paese di Pratovecchio. Questa casa in affitto rappresenta la soluzione ideale per chi vuole trascorrere una vacanza all'insegna del relax circondati dalla quiete della natura.
Questa bella villa in affitto si sviluppa su più livelli ed è stata arredata con gusto e semplicità. I suoi luminosi ed ampi interni dispongono di ogni comfort per garantire un soggiorno piacevole ai suoi visitatori. Grazie alle sue 8 camere da letto e ai suoi numerosi spazi comuni, il casale può comodamente accogliere fino a 16 ospiti.
Un giardino ben curato circonda la casa e un bel gazebo in legno con un grande tavolo permetterà agli ospiti di mangiare all'aria aperta. Accanto al gazebo è presente un barbecue in muratura. Una panoramica piscina è a completa disposizione degli ospiti che vorranno rinfrescarsi e rilassarsi in compagnia di familiari e amici nelle giornate estive più calde.

We hebben onwijs genoten van ons verblijf. Host reageerde altijd snel bij vragen of problemen. Kinderen hebben zich goed vermaakt in de ruime tuin, het zwembad, met de tafelvoetbal en schommel. Met slecht weer was het wel wat krap beneden maar gelukkig komt dat weinig voor. Enige punt van aandacht; wij zouden bij de slaapkamers beneden tussen de huiskamer en de slaapkamers een deur plaatsen, zodat ook de kamers beneden iets meer privacy hebben. Maar verder een top verblijf!

Das Haus entsprach den Fotos. Was man bei großen Gruppen beachten muss (wir waren mit 12 Personen dort): Es ist sehr schlecht ausgestattet um für große Gruppen zu kochen. Es fehlen Schneidebretter, Feuerzeug, die beiden Gasherde in den unteren küchen hatten sehr wenig Energie, alle Messer waren stumpf, es gab keine großen Töpfe... Fanden wir sehr kritisch, wenn man ein Haus für 16 Personen anbietet. Klar, innerhalb des Hauses gibt es 4 Küchen weil es eigentlich 4 Apartments sind. Aber für eine große Gruppe war es doof, das über 4 Küchen zu organisieren. Auch die Spülmaschinen sind sehr klein und funktionieren sehr schlecht. Der Pool ist toll ebenso die Aussicht! Die Gegend war herrlich, vor allem weil es sehr untouristisch ist. Die Kommunikation mit Roberta, der eigentlichen Gastgeberin war okay, sie kann nur italienisch.

Wir waren 14 Personen (und zwei Hunde) und haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt! Das Haus ist gut eingerichtet und auch im Juli war es angenehm kühl. Das absolute Highlight ist aber die Außenanlage: Ein riesiger, sehr gepflegter Garten, ein wunderschöner und äußerst sauberer Pool (der während der 14 Tage mehrmals gereinigt wurde) und tolle Outdoor-Kochmöglichkeiten mit Grill und Pizza-Ofen. Wir haben alle bequem draußen sitzen können und hatten herrliche Abendessen. Zudem gibt es in den umliegenden Städten wie Poppi oder Pratovechio alles was das Herz begehrt (Supermarkt, Cafés, Restaurants, Märkte etc.). In Poppi haben wir auch eine wunderbare Weinprobe gehabt (Empfehlung: Podere Sofia). Die Städte Arezzo und Florenz sind in knapp einer Stunde zu erreichen und eine Reise wert. Und zu guter Letzt: Unsere Kinder haben die vielen Tiere um unser Grundstück geliebt. Es gab zwei Esel, Schaaf und Hühner. Alles in allem, eine unglaubliche Freude

Die Villa ist super für eine große Gruppe. Vor allem die Außenanlage mit großem Garten und wunderschönem Pool hat uns sehr gefallen. Das WLAN war leider nicht so zuverlässig und eine gute Kaffeemaschine haben wir vermisst. Aber sonst waren wir rundum zufrieden.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, die Vermieter waren hilfsbereit und die Unterkunft ist tadellos,haben es sehr genossen und würden gerne wieder mal kommen dürfen. Danke auch für die Hilfsbereitschaft mit der Pizzaschaufel. Wir haben sehr vielen schöne Erinnerungen erlebt.

Our stay in Casale Danielle was amazing. There was 14 of us and it didn't feel crowded. Casale is beautiful and as for the view I can't even describe it. The owner, Daniele is always ready to help and easy to communicate, we will definitely return.

Die Aussicht war toll, die Küche gut ausgestattet aber leider haben die Wasserboiler nicht in jedem Badezimmer funktioniert und der Wasserdruck war nicht wirklich pralle. Wenn das behoben ist gerne wieder!

Wir hatten einen super schönen Aufenthalt in Casale Daniele! Der Außenbereich mit Pool, dem Ausblick, den Eseln und Hühnern und dem riesen Garten ist fantastisch!
Das Haus selber ist auch schön, wobei einige Dinge (Duschkabinen Obergeschoss, Toilettenspülungen, Betten im Obergeschoss, zu dünne Decken für den Herbst)
mittlerweile schon etwas verbessert/repariert werden könnten.
Leider konnte man auch das Leitungswasser nicht trinken, weshalb wir sehr viel Wasser in Plastikflaschen kaufen mussten.
Die Vermieter des Hauses waren immer schnell erreichbar und super nett.
Alles in allem hatten wir eine sehr schöne Zeit und würden auch jederzeit wieder kommen!

Great spot for the vacation, stunnig view a big area. Fantastic pool with a great view as well. A lot of possibilities to see animals including chickens and donkeys. Th eonly concerning thing os this mandatory 300 for cleaning. We left the house in perfect state so I hink this amount was excessive.

We had an amazing stay in the villa with 12 people. Views are great and the garden is beautiful. We harvested food from the garden and spend evenings outside grilling. Only issue were the showers that did not get warm.

We had a really great week here. The pool and the outside area amazing. We were 16 people (four families) and had a blast. The owners are easy to communicate with through Whatsapp and very friendly. The maintainance of the house and the pool is also very good. Can only recommend :-)

Absolutely loved our stay here. Daniele was so lovely and helpful throughout- always got back to us right away. We were a group of 14 (big family trip) nut there was so much space. The pool and outdoor areas are stunning, it literally felt like our own little paradise for the week. There is table football, table tennis, a woodburning bbq, a swing and other ride plus lots of horses, donkeys and goats in the surrounding fields. We were given plenty or towels, loo roll etc and the main kitchen has everything you need to make proper meals. Excellent place!!

Ho passato dei giorni bellissimi insieme alla mia famiglia. Il casale è proprio come appare in foto se non meglio, dotato di ogni comfort. L’area esterna è molto curata ed estesa. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e disponibilissimi.

Die Unterkunft von Daniele war toll. Ausblick und Pool genial. Perfekt für tolle Fotos. Auch die Aufteilung der Einheiten macht bei einer großen Gruppe Sinn. Im Erdgeschoss wurden zwei Wohneinheiten zusammengelegt, was von den Möbeln und der Ausstattung her Nachteile mit sich bringt. Die Anreise ab der Autostrada sollte nicht unterschätzt werden.

Casa adatta a grandi gruppi di amici. L'abbiamo prenotata per capodanno e siamo rimasti soddisfatti...ottima cosa il fatto che abbia anche un tavolo da ping pong e calcetto. Propietari molto disponibili.

Abbiamo fatto una scelta abbastanza azzardata per visitare la Toscana nel ponte dell'immacolata 6 adulti, 6 bambini e 2 neonati. La struttura è splendida un casale rinnovato e curato nei minimi dettagli c'è di tutto, la splendida accoglienza dei proprietari Daniele (è stato molto disponibile ad ogni richiesta), un prato curato con possibilità anche di fare due tiri in porta, biliardino, tavolo da pin pong, piscina stupenda (peccato che era Dicembre). Ci sono 3 appartamenti ognuno provvisto di camino. Diciamo che un posto paradisiaco. Speriamo di ritornarci presto. In sostanza ottima esperienza sia con i proprietari che con l'agenzia con cui abbiamo avuto rapporti.

Casale Daniele è un paradiso terrestre! Casa molto pulita, ospitale, hai la privacy che cerchi. Tantissimo spazio a disposizione, sia internamente che esternamente! E parliamo dei proprietari… Roberta e Simone sono due persone squisite, sempre più difficile trovarle! Ci hanno messo a nostro agio e sono molto disponibili e gentili! Abbiamo anche avuto accesso libero al loro orto… magnifico! I bambini si sono divertiti a raccogliere pomodori e altro! Ci torneremo! Biij aankomst werden we verrrast met een grote fruitmand en een paar mooie flessen wijn.Op de grote eettafel in de tuin stonden 2 mooie bloemstukken.
Wij hebben hier met 4 gezinnen een heel fijne week doorgebracht. Een comfortabel en schoon huis van alle gemakken voorzien.Grote mooi aangelegde tuin met groot zwembad dat iedere dag werd gereinigd.

Wir waren mit 16 Freunden hier für eine Woche und hatten eine super Zeit mit herrlichem Ausblick: Sehr entspannte Gastgeber, ein herrliches Grundstück, alles in allem gut ausgestattetes Haus, sauberer und schöner Pool sowie Hühner direkt im Garten. Insgesamt sind es 4 Wohnungen wobei die unteren beiden miteinander verbunden sind. Zu Fuß ins nächste Restaurant sind wir zwei Mal ca. 1 Stunde zu Fuß gelaufen - an der Straße entlang durch die Toskanische Landschaft :) Alles in allem hatten wir einen toller Aufenthalt und wir kommen gerne wieder. We were 4 families (15 people) stayed at the villa, our host were brilliant and very kind. From start to finish of the holiday they were available and very helpful in every way. Villa is gorgeous with lovely views.
Location is just amazing ,particularity sunset and sunrise view are magical. We didn't used the pool but it would be just perfect in warm weather.
Local supermarket is only 7 minutes from the villa. We would like say special thanks to our host (Daniele, Roberta and Simon) for looking after us as a family and provided us with the fruit basket and breakfast items.
We would highly recommended this villa for families. (we particularity liked the privacy offered by the villa layout for each family).
Wifi was good and TV in each unit.
Florence day out is easy , approx 1 hour and 5 minutes distance - best to park at Villa Costanza T1 Tram and take the tram to Florence central. Secure and cheap car parking.
Table Tennis and Football table is also available.

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana bellissima in questo luogo.
È l'ideale per poter condividere in gruppo una vacanza, e godere delle comodità sia dentro che fuori casa. La piscina è ottima e la posizione paesaggisticamente è molto aperta, lo sguardo si perde nelle montagne Casentinesi con il castello di Poppi sullo sfondo, e la notte si possono ammirare le stelle.
C'è molta tranquillità.
Ottima anche la posizione da cui muoversi per conoscere i luoghi del Casentino, o per fare camminate per sentieri.
I proprietari, Simone e Roberta sono molto ospitali e simpatici oltre che disponibili per qualsiasi cosa.
Insomma non potevamo scegliere di meglio.
Consigliamo senza esitazioni a tutti questa sistemazione.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour entre amis à la villa. Celle-ci est bien équipée, au calme et avec une vue tout simplement grandiose dont on a pu bénéficier lors de tous nos repas à l'extérieur. La piscine à débordement est de bonne taille et entretenue tous les matins par Simon en toute discrétion. Très bonne expérience pour tout notre groupe.

Das Haus ist sehr geräumig. Es ist alles da was man benötigt. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Der Pool ist einmalig. Wenn man etwas benötigt ist sofort jemand da, auch wenn es mitten in der Nacht ist. Es ist sehr ruhig gelegen und man ist mitten in der Natur.

Alles war perfekt! Sehr gute Kommunikation und jederzeit kurzfristige Hilfe durch den Gastgeber. Die Unterkunft war genau wie auf den Bildern und super schön in der Natur gelegen!

Große Villa mit eindrucksvollem Außenbereich und Panoramablick . Noch besser als auf den Fotos! Wir waren eine Gruppe von 14 Personen und es war Platz für alle. Die Abendessen konnten schon draussen stattfinden und der Grill hat für Stimmung und gutes Essen im Freien gesorgt.

We loved the villa (absolutely like the description) and the surrounding area. The pool was really gorgeous and the surrounding area really uncontaminated. We think we'll go back in September!

Sehr gepflegt, sehr gross, sehr gemütlich: unsere ganze grosse Gruppe hat sich ausnahmslos wohl gefühlt! Wir konnten sowohl die toskanischen Städte als auch die einmalige Landschaft geniessen. Perfekter Ausgangsort für Unternehmungen jeder Art.
