Bella casa colonica in pietra situata in posizione di assoluta tranquillità sulle colline del Chianti Classico. La casa è stata ristrutturata lasciando inalterate le sue caratteristiche architettoniche originarie ed è stata trasformata in una confortevole abitazione di campagna con piscina privata. La proprietà, con una bellissima vista sui vigneti e gli oliveti circostanti e sulla vicina Firenze, offre la possibilità di un soggiorno a stretto contatto con la natura, lontano dai rumori della città. L’arredamento è in stile rustico tipico toscano.
L'area del Chianti concentra in questa magnifica località tutte le caratteristiche naturali, storiche ed enogastronomiche tipiche della zona.
Poggio Conca offre un ambiente provvisto di una fantastica piscina dove passare ore di relax con amici e familiari e di un ampio giardino dove accogliere i propri ospiti attrezzato con una zona barbecue che renderà unica la vostra permanenza nei periodi estivi e primaverili.
L’accesso alla proprietà è tramite una strada in parte ripida non asfaltata non adatta ad auto sportive o molto basse.

La maison est vraiment très agréable, dans un magnifique environnement. Calme absolu. La terrasse sur le toit fut particulièrement appréciée par toute la famille avec une vue splendide sur la campagne toscane. Notre hôte a été très attentionné et très réactif. Deux petits bémols cependant : les frais supplémentaires que l'on découvre en arrivant sur place et les impressionnants nuages de moustiques (pas habituels d'après le propriétaire) qui nous ont gâchés les fins d'après-midi près de la piscine.

The house is very big and has lots of room for families with children. It is a very quiet place, so a good place to relax. There is an amazing view on the city of Florence what makes every day very special. The owners are very friendly and we could ask them al sorts of questions during our stay. They clean the pool every two or three days.
A suggestion for improvement would be different chairs and beds outside.

eravamo in 9, ogni due stanze c'è un bagno, ottimo per famiglie o coppie. Siamo stati gentilmente accolti da Daniele, il proprietario, che ogni due giorni veniva a pulire la piscina. come descritto c'è un tragitto su strada sterrata con buche di almeno 10 minuti. ottimo per chi volesse riposarsi, posizione non troppo ottimale per muoversi velocemente da un posto all'altro. la cucina è ben fornita.

It was a really nice place and house. The surroundings were outstandig and very beautiful. We were two families and we enjoyed the house and beautiful pool. The host was very helpfull.

la villa est située dans un environnement magnifique. Loin devant, nous pouvons apercevoir Florence et plus loin encore les montagnes. La maison reste fraîche grâce à ses murs épais. La piscine est grande et très agréable car fraîche. Notre hôte était très proactif et gentil. un bémol cependant: la route pour y accéder est très mauvaise. seules les voitures hautes passent et très lentement. Un conseil: achetez l eau en bouteilles.

Incredible place, we had the best time. Daniele is a great, friendly host and the house is the best AirBnb we have ever stayed at. The off-road to go there can be a bit of a challenge but it’s definitely worth the peace, the view, the relax. Internet connection is barely sufficient for some people to remote work at the same time with video on but it can be unstable. We will definitely come back soon.

La maison est idéalement située , isolée et accessible par un chemin de terre qui nécessite une voiture adaptée (mais aucune difficulté particulière de conduite) et l’annonce l’indiquait très justement. La vue est spectaculaire. L’intérieur est très propre, la literie est de bonne qualité, les chambres spacieuses. La cuisine est parfaitement équipée. Les propriétaires très gentils et disponibles. Les alentours permettent de se réapprovisionner (marchés, supermarchés, essence), et il y a un arrêt de bus pour Florence à 5min de la maison.

Fantastic holiday in a beautiful villa.Great house that is equipped with everything needed (some fans, coffee machine, dish washer, ...) and great layout of the rooms. The way from the street to the villa is extremely uneven. You really need to watch out not to damage the tires. The good thing is that the house is far away from the noise. The only sound you hear is the crickets. Such a peaceful place. Unfortunately, you always need a car when you want to leave the house.Big rooms and very clean.There was a lovely restaurant (Amici Miei) in Poggio alla Croce which is a 4 minute drive from the home. There was a large supermarket within 15 minutes. Unfortunately, walking to these spots is impossible as it's far too dangerous to walk on the streets. Florence is quite close as well.Everything was very clean.It actually looks far nicer than on the pictures.Fantastic pool, large, has been cleaned every 2 days by the owner. Don't forget to bring your inflatable mattress. Unfortunately there were not enough sun loungers and the ones that were there were partially broken.

Nous avons passé 2 semaines très agréables dans cette location. La maison et sa piscine sont conformes au descriptif et aux photos. La terrasse du 1er étage est particulièrement agréable pour prendre le petit déjeuner et l'apéritif, elle donne sur une vue panoramique des vignobles avec Florence en fond.
Idéalement située à environ 30 min de Florence, nous avons pu bénéficier d'une température plus clémente à San Polo in Chianti qu'à Florence.
Le propriétaire est charmant et passe tous les 3 jours pour l'entretien de la piscine. Il nous a recommandé des adresses de restaurant locales fréquentées majoritairement par des italiens.
Seule la route pour accéder à la villa est difficile et non adaptée aux voitures basses, c'est le prix à payer de la tranquillité!

Maison parfaite pour 2 familles dont 7 enfants. Bien agencée et pratique à vivre.
L'équipement n'est pas luxueux, mais correspondait aux photos.
Isolement complet au bout d'un chemin vraiment déconseillé aux voitures basses.
Attention, le propriétaire nous a déconseillé de boire l'eau du robinet ; prévoir donc d'arriver avec ses bouteilles.
Accès rapide à Florence.

Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt in diesem grossen und gemütlichem Haus. Der Garten und die Umgebung sind wunderbar! Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt und alles sehr genossen. Florenz kann man von dort aus sehr gut und schnell erreichen. Vielen Dank für alles!

Merveilleuse maison a l abri des bruits de la ville dans la splendide campagne toscane. Grandes chambres, beaux espaces, enorme piscine, parfait pour des vacances entre amis. Seul petit bemol la route y conduisant, bien que tres belle, est difficile et peu adaptee aux voitures a plancher bas. Quand au net, il est un peu deficient, mais on ne vient pas pour ca. A recommander pour ceux qui revent d etre au calme dans un endroit delicieux. En plus a proximite la meilleure des pizzerias de Toscane a Brollo

Maison très confortable, bien équipée, propre et très calme. La piscine est un plus, elle était nettoyée tous les 2 jours. Le propriétaire est très disponible et accueillant.

We had a splendid vacation at Poggio Conca. The house itself is very pleasant, set in a remote and peaceful location in an absolutely stunning environment! Florence, Siena, San Gimignano etc. are easy to reach. If you prefer to stay closer to home, there is a lovely forest right at your doorstep. The house itself is lovely and well kept and has all the conveniences. The last 800m to the house is over a bumpy unsealed road and not suitable for cars with low ground clearance.
