Bella proprietà con piscina composta da 5 unità e situata in Toscana, a breve distanza dal paese di Montaione.
Le 5 unità sono state recentemente ristrutturate e trasformate in accoglienti case di campagna: intorno alle case si estende una vasta proprietà di 50 ettari dove sono presenti campi coltivati, oliveti, un grazioso laghetto e percorsi per passeggiare a contatto con la natura.
Una bella piscina con un grande solarium è a disposizione degli ospiti.
Le 5 unità sono state ricavate dalla ristrutturazione della casa padronale (unità "Padronale"), di 2 fienili (unità "Fienile" e "Marcello") e di un altro fienile (dove sono stati ricavati 2 appartamenti).
Ogni unità dispone della propria area esterna privata ed attrezzata per mangiare e cucinare (barbecue) all'aria aperta.
Per il divertimento di grandi e piccoli questa bella proprietà in affitto mette a disposizione degli ospiti anche un campo da padel e un campo da calcetto, una zona attrezzata per mangiare a bordo del lago.
La zona di questa proprietà è perfetta per visitare le bellezze della Toscana: da qui infatti potrete raggiungere molto facilmente San Gimignano, Certaldo, Volterra, Siena, Firenze, Pisa, Lucca e la costa toscana.

This was a real find - the accommodation was first class with high quality fittings and furniture throughout the property.
The site was also fantastic - with the pool, lake, lovely grounds and even Llama’s and Ostriches (who are not that friendly, keep your distance from their pen!) - there was something for everyone.
Melissa was very helpful and even offered a tour of the property in a golf buggy!
We will definitely return soon and would highly recommend this as a fabulous holiday destination.

Wat een geweldig huis. We hebben genoten van onze week. Vriendelijke eigenaar, niets was te veel. Het huis veel mooier dan op de foto's. Alles wat je kon bedenken was aanwezig.
Het terrein, groot en mooi onderhouden. Een zwembad, extra lang opengehouden, vanwege het mooie weer. Een gym, dieren, tafeltennis, voetbalspel en veld. Overal leuke zitjes. Het was/is genieten. Centraal gelegen tussen de steden met bezienswaardigheden. Kort om, we willen weer terug. Heerlijk!

We got a fantastic vacation exactly what we expected based on the Posarelli villas. All equipment was included and functioning well. Close to a city but far from the noise of the city. kitchen Well equipped.Villa Cleanliness Absolutely fine, the villa as described on the website , plus the animals were not fully listed as They have more. The football pitch also not visible however that is also an extra! the property owner helpful during your visit. Excellent, all of our request was completed right away

"I travelled with my husband, 4 year old and 21 month old.
Needless to say the pool is a complete highlight - it was perfect for both ages, the four year old swam her first length without floats in the big pool and the little one loved bobbing about in the small pool. Couldn't have been a more perfect set up for a young family.
There are nice touches with the hanging chairs, football table, big pond with a swan on it - which the kids loved looking at. Also enjoyed the most gorgeous sunsets over a stunning Tuscan hill view.
I suspect our apartment was the smallest, still two good size double bedrooms with en suites. Well equipped kitchen, although not really an indoor lounge / sitting space - but a good private dining area outside. There isn't air con - but the team bought fans for the kids which worked. I didn't find it too hot overnight and the kids were good. We booked last minute during peak August season - hence the rating on value - I'm sure it's a far more sensible price at all other times of the year...and the price we paid was equal to similar properties in the area.
Check-in, check-out was absolutely painless and the team were very quick to respond when needed during the week (we had a nightmare emergency with the little one playing with keys and locking herself into the apartment - the team dealt with it quickly, efficiently and graciously - they really do love children despite the problems they can cause!).
Location wise its a good spot - just an hour or so to all main towns that you like to see i.e. Siena, Lucca etc. Smaller towns are close with a good Co-op for supplies."

We stayed at Montaione for our wedding and it was perfect! We couldn't have asked for anything more from the owners, the location and the facilities. Stunning house and the owners are lovely and so helpful!
