Villa Capolona è una bellissima villa in affitto situata tra le colline nel cuore del Casentino, una splendida zona in Toscana ricca di natura incontaminata. Questa villa è una soluzione ideale per gli ospiti che vogliono vivere una favolosa vacanza immersi nella quiete e nella pace assoluta.
L'ampia Villa Capolona, con il suo stile unico, incarna tutto il fascino e l'anima della Toscana autentica. Con i suoi 750mq di interni e circondata da 2500mq totali di terreno, questa speciale villa per vacanze può comodamente ospitare fino a 18 persone in 9 camere da letto, coccolate dal comfort e dalla natura incontaminata.
La dimora è formata da una villa principale ed una dependance aggiuntiva, affittate insieme come un'unica unità. La proprietà è stata recentemente ristrutturata secondo i più alti standard. La villa principale, che una volta era una casa padronale, può ospitare 14 persone in 7 camere da letto, mentre il vecchio fienile, ora dependance, ospita altre 4 persone in due camere. Vi è un'ampia area comune al pian terreno che permette a 18 ospiti totali di mangiare insieme e passare il tempo libero.
La casa principale è organizzata su due livelli ed è stata progettata con l'obiettivo di stupire gli ospiti. Al piano terra presenta due bellissimi salotti, una cucina completamente attrezzata con camino, una camera matrimoniale, una camera doppia e due bagni (con vasca e doccia). Il piano superiore, accessibile tramite scala interna, ospita l'area notte principale con due camere da letto doppie, una camera da letto matrimoniale con terzo letto singolo aggiuntivo, una camera doppia ed una camera singola. Su questo piano vi sono, inoltre, un salotto con comodi divani e due bagni con vasca e doccia.
La dependance, con accesso tramite la corte interna, offre uno splendido piano superiore con salotto con camino, una cucina completamente attrezzata con area pranzo, due camere da letto (una matrimoniale ed una doppia), un bagno con doccia ed una lavanderia con lavatrice. La sala comune è al pian terreno, sempre con accesso tramite la corte, ed è il luogo perfetto in cui tutti gli ospiti possono stare tutti insieme. Offre una bellissima cucina (provvista anche di forno a legna per il pane) con un'ampia zona pranzo, un camino, un tavolo da ping-pong ed un piccolo bagno di servizio.
Se gli interni di Villa Capolona sono davvero magnifici, i terreni che circondano la proprietà non sono da meno. I 2500 mq di giardini sono totalmente recintati per offrire la massima privacy, sono forniti di tavoli, sedie, divani, amache. La piscina privata è attrezzata con comodi lettini ed ombrelloni ed è soleggiata tutto il giorno. Misura 12m x 8m ed è il luogo perfetto per un tuffo rinfrescante sotto il sole della Toscana.
La villa, grazie agli ambienti interni spaziosi ed esterni ampi, garantisce un soggiorno in totale sicurezza e salubrità. Tutti gli spazi sono accuratamente sanificati e sterilizzati per la salute e la tranquillità degli ospiti.
Villa Capolona è posizionata ai confini di Baciano, un piccolo borgo medioevale del XII secolo ubicato alle spalle della proprietà.
Con una piccola stazione ferroviaria a pochi passi (con collegamenti regolari per Arezzo e paesi vicini), Baciano è un luogo in cui il tempo sembra essersi fermato, lontano chilometri dallo stress e dalla routine quotidiana.

Wonderful authentic place. We were in the Villa for a week and so far it was the best group holiday. Villa is very spacious, kitchen is very well equiped, garden, the pool- looks even better in real than in the photos. Definiatelly reccomend, 10/10, hope we will come back.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt komplett genossen. Man ist etwas abseits (Auto ratsam), hat dafür ein riesiges Grundstück + Anwesen für sich, perfekt für größere Gruppen, mit genug Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Supermärkte sind mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Riesen Empfehlung!

We were a group of 17 people and it was lots of space for everybody. Every room was nicely prepared when we arrived and the check in was very easy. The place itself is stunning. The best part is the beautiful, big garden to spent time outside. 5/5 !

Staying at the Villa was a dream come true. The setting was gorgeous. The grounds were well maintained, gracious and comfortable. The house was clean and neat, but with lots of personality. All of the beds were comfortable. There was space for eating, sleeping, relaxing, talking with friends. Everything needed and more! The second building, with the large group eating space was especially beautiful and we even had weather that allowed us to use the big fireplace. The large room with a ping pong table was a big hit as well! Our contact was so kind and responsive. We had a couple of questions across the week and she replied right away with answers or came over to show us what we needed. It is nerve racking to invite a large number of guests to a place you have never seen before - - but the Villa was everything we hoped for, and more! We hope we will have a chance to go back.

Beautiful expansive villa. Plenty of room for our large family group. Lots of different areas within the grounds. Lovely meal. Private grounds, nice and quiet. Only drawback was having your own transport is a necessity.

We were a group of 16 guests (9 adults and 7 children) and we had a brilliant week at this stunning rustic villa. The owner (Alessandra) was very helpful and responsive during our stay. She also arranged a lovely Tuscan meal to be cooked for us one night - a very special treat! The villa itself is set on beautiful grounds, surrounded by hills and gorgeous Tuscan landscape. The kids loved the pool and probably would have been happy to spend the full week there, but there are lots of places worth visiting nearby. Within an hour or so by car, there is Arezzo, Florence, Siena, Cortona, Chianti region, etc. If you're looking for a special meal nearby, then I can certainly recommend the michelin-starred Terramira restaurant, which is in the local town (about 7 mins drive).

We were a group of 14 adults and 3 children. It was one of the most beautiful weekends with a lot of social variation of spaces and the pool area including the garden are simply outside of this world. Bedrooms were very spacious and clean. It’s close to the local town as well where there are some good restaurants recommended. Fantastic place for a big group, very beautiful and a lot of fun. Highly recommend!

This villa is absolutely splendid. Just stunning. The courtyard and premises are large. so that one can easily spend the day with the kids simply at the villa, taking a dip in the pool every now and then. Eating outside (one can have a pick from plenty options: inner court, in front of the entrance, underneath a tree on the lawn).
It was a little chilly, though, when we arrived, as is usual in such a large villa. Also, the guests can choose to pay for the heating to fix this. We decided not to, since the weather warmed up already on the second day of our stay.Very nice location. We were a little skeptical at first of the railroad next to the villa. But in our opinion this was nothing but a wonderful plus to the location. The kids tended to run to the gates of the villa when the train whistled past and they absolutely loved it. Also, the sound was not so loud as to be a disturbance at any point (I don't think anyone would wake up, for instance). Also, the town of Capolona and Subbiano are close by and they are cosy. Shops and restaurants are close (but not quite in a walking distance).
We had a lovely dinner prepared for us at the house. The food was really good and the drinks were plenty. The personnel were extremely kind and sweet.

Die Villa Capolona bietet alles, was es braucht, wenn man einen idealen Aufenthaltsort mit einer grösseren Gruppe (junger) Menschen plant. Pool, Pingpong-Tisch, viel Platz und Ruhe bieten eine optimale Ausgangslage. Die Villa ist sehr grosszügig und lässt individuellen Bedürfnissen Platz. Arezzo ist nahe, Florenz von dort aus gut erreichbar, sogar mit ÖV. Alessandra, die Gastgeberin war stets hilfsbereit und leicht erreichbar.

We were 20 people + 1 infant travelling and stayed there for 9 days. The whole experience was 5 stars, the villa and garden was beautiful and the host was amazing. They offered to cook a local Italian meal for the whole group for a fair price that was also wonderful. Would definitely recommend and we hope we can come back someday.

Die Villa und das ganze Anwesen entsprechen genau den Bildern und Beschreibungen, was leider nicht immer selbstverständlich ist. Tolles Haus und riesengroßer Garten mit genug Schatten. Wir waren zu 15, und immer hat jeder auch seine stille Ecke gefunden. Echt genial, wir hoffen, mal wieder eine ähnlichen Anlaß zu haben damit sich eine Buchung hier lohnt.

We provided a list of items to have at the villa upon arrival. They did the shopping so we had essentials there when we arrived. They provided the receipt for the groceries in which we paid upon arrival. Service was worth the fee. Go ahead and make your full list and save yourself some time at the market.
We had a dinner arranged during our stay. AMAZING DINNER. Only regret is not having it done on the second night of our stay. The food was delicious and there was so much of it we could have had the extra to snack on for the week. I would certainly recommend this service!!!

"Very nice complex at nice and quiet location. We celebrated our anniversary with family and friends and had a great time. We had drinks in the big garden, dinner at the bbq at the back of the house, dinner at the little square btw the main and smaller house, played round the pingpong table every evening and used the option to have a nice Tuscan dinner. We were a little bit unlucky w the weather and the house was a bit cold, not easy to heat it up. The pool is also not heated and a bit cold. Overall great experience and would come back for sure. Great for larger families or group of friends, even with 18 people we still had ample space.

Wunderbare Villa mit großem Garten (eher ein Park sag ich mal als Großstadtmensch) Zimmer, Bäder alles sehr schön. Perfekt für unsere Großfamilie im Osterurlaub. Heizung (war nötig) funktionierte gut. Die Küchenausstattung war sehr gut, dass für eine große Gruppe prima gekocht werden konnte. Sehr zu empfehlen.

We were a party of 13, 7 adults and 6 kids under 10. Overall experience was very good. House is large, attractive and quiet. It is close to a local railway line into Arezzo but we didnt hear noise from trains. The garden is beautiful, large and walled off entirely, great for kids. The pool is a good size and cleaned regularly. It's not heated. There are many places to sit and eat outside and basic BBQ set-up in a courtyard. The main house has large bedrooms and most have bathrooms located across the hall which are nice, clean and towels provided are new. No shortage of hot water. All windows have closable wooden shutters and the beds are comfortable. It was August when we were there and it was hot. There are no fans in the bedrooms which seems like an easy fix to increase comfort. The kitchen is small and the pots/pans etc are pretty tired. There is one oven and a 4 ring gas surface. It all works fine but is very tight for space catering for a large group. There are plenty of stove-top espresso makers and plates/bowls etc, but dont expect too much overall here. No hand-blender, food processor etc. Silvia who is the lady in charge on-site is excellent and responsive. She has great ideas, recommendations and was top-class. We did the Tuscan dinner on-site one night and were so glad - it was really fun and the food was super. Strong recommend. Baciano (the house) do make their own wine and oil and you can buy it from the small store on-site. For a family gathering where people need a decent amount of space and a nice garden to laze and play in, this is a good choice of Villa. A few simple things could really make it even more comfortable. Thanks Silvia for hosting us for a super week.

17 of us recently stayed at the villa in Baciano. We rent a couple of houses each year for vacations and this is easily one of the best places we've stayed. The landscaping and views were breathtaking, the flowers were in bloom making the air smell wonderful. The pool was great, the towering trees provided shade over a good part of the large yard, making it cool to sit outside, even during the heat of the day. Inside the villa and accompanying apartment, there was plenty of room, well-appointed bathrooms, three kitchens, and comfortable bedrooms. Silvia, our contact for the property, offered to set up a traditional Tuscan dinner for us - if you go, you must do this: the food was excellent, the ambiance for the dinner, set up in the old olive press barn, was romantic, and the evening as a whole probably the best experience we had in Italy. The villa is additionally located off the tourist track (which is great), but still within easy driving distance of Florence, Sienna, Assisi, and other major Tuscan sites. Grocery stores and, more importantly, gelatoria are close by (less than 2 miles), making it easy to zip into town and pick up supplies. I can't stress enough how impressive the villa and grounds are

We were a large group, 4 families including 8 adults and 8 children (ranging from 7-16).
The house was huge, plenty of space for everyone and we never had the feeling that we were on top of each other. The garden was also very large where the kids enjoyed playing football, hide & seek or just relaxing in and around the pool.
The pool was cleaned a few times during the week we stayed. The weather was somewhat different although very normal for the time of year. We started the week with a few very hot sunny days and then it gradually got a bit worse with some showers too. Having said that, the scenery and surrounding towns/villages are very nice trips for a day out or just to kill a few hours.
Overall the house exceeded the expectations, the owner and translator were very friendly and helpful and it truly was a wonderful week in Tuscany.
If you are a large party and you want to enjoy Tuscany then this is definitely worth considering and a car is a necessity!

Ganz herrliche Weihnachten in dieser schönen Villa! Wir haben den Kamin und den Ofen jeden Abend genutzt und dessen Gemütlichkeit genossen. Auch im Winter ist die Landschaft grossartig und wir konnten mit der ganzen Familie eine tolle festliche Woche verbringen. Vielen Dank auch an Posarellivillas die uns gut beraten haben.

Es war ein Traum! Wie waren viele und haben uns unglaublich wohl gefühlt! Die Kinder haben sich gefühlt wie Prinzen und Prinzessinnen in den wunderbaren Räumen, die man so nur aus Geschichtsbüchern und Katalogen kennt. Sehr gelungen und sehr empfehlenswert!

The villa, its garden and swimmingpool are in good condition, well furnished and clean. We were 10 adults and 8 children, 2-8 years - three generations - and we all had an excellent week. We were well introduced in the villa and the facilities, if we had questions we could send a message and get immediate respons. You can also hire Euginia and Alexandra, who manage the place, to make a dinner for you - they made an excellent meal to celebrate our sons birthday which happened to take place when we were there. Capolona is within 10 minutes reach for shopping, alimentaries, and both Siena and Firenze within 1,5 hours reach. Go there and enjoy!

Gayle-Altantic Canada -The property is very good value for the money. Palatial, in fact! Beautiful property, pool, well maintained. The scenery is amazing. We were a party of 9 and the villa easily accommodated us. Plenty of space for those of us who needed to roam! We travelled from here to the Chanti Hills, to Montelpulciano, to Montecino to Siena. But we really could have stayed the entire week at the villa. Incredibly relaxing place to be.
