Villa Rania è un'accogliente e spaziosa villa con piscina privata a Corfù situata proprio sul mare. Dotata di una vista mozzafiato sul mare e di una posizione unica, questa villa sul lungomare di Corfù è destinata a stupire i suoi ospiti.
All'interno, la villa si sviluppa su 2 piani. Al piano terreno c'è un ampio salone open space con cucina completamente attrezzata e divano letto matrimoniale, nonché una camera matrimoniale e un bagno con doccia.
La villa è dotata di tutti gli elettrodomestici più moderni come lavastoviglie, lavatrice, TV satellitare, wi-fi, ecc. Il salone ha anche grandi porte finestre che si affacciano direttamente sulla piscina e sulla terrazza con vista panoramica sul mare.
Le scale portano al primo piano dotato di 2 ulteriori camere da letto, 1 matrimoniale e 1 doppia, nonché un ampio bagno con vasca idromassaggio.
Gli ampi terrazzi offrono una vista mozzafiato sulla spiaggia sottostante, specialmente al tramonto. Le camere sono dotate di aria condizionata (inclusa nel prezzo di affitto).
All'esterno, Villa Rania offre ai suoi ospiti l'ambiente perfetto: una splendida piscina privata (8 x 4 metri; profondità da 1,10 metri a 1,60 metri) attrezzata con lettini e circondata dal giardino. Inoltre è presente una bella zona pranzo attrezzata con barbecue per gustare deliziosi pasti ammirando la vista mozzafiato e ascoltando il suono delle onde sottostanti.

A beautiful place with the mountains behind and direct access to what was a lovely beach. Brilliant outdoor facilities where you could barbecue and watch the sun set. Kitchen was well equipped and the house had a great set up for us all. Quiet area but shops close by for all your needs. You will need a car. We had a wonderful stay and we were very lucky with the weather. Hope to return next year.

Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa war insgesamt sehr schön und wir waren äußerst zufrieden. Die Ausstattung und die Lage haben uns sehr gefallen. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist der Zugang zum Meer, da die Treppe schwer zu nutzen ist und besonders für Kinder eine gewisse Gefahr darstellt. Nichtsdestotrotz können wir die Villa uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Maison magnifique dans un cadre exceptionnel. Nous avons passés des vacances inoubliables avec nos enfants. La maison propose toutes les prestations nécessaires, la plage est accessible directement et le coucher de soleil incroyable. Je recommande chaleureusement cet endroit. Au plaisir de pouvoir revenir un jour.

Die Villa Rania ist einfach ganz toll gelegen. Der Draußen-Essplatz direkt an den Klippen ist traumhaft. Die Treppe führt runter zu einem kleinen intimen Strand mit glasklarem Wasser. Das Haus selber ist "etwas in die Jahre gekommen" aber noch total in Ordnung. Die Wirlpool-Badewanne im 2. Stock ist im Sommer sicherlich unnötig, da wäre eine 2. Dusche unserer Meinung nach sinnvoller, aber vielleicht freut sich jmd zu den anderen Jahreszeiten. Die Klimaanlage hat super funktioniert. Die Balkone sind toll. Das Grundstück ist sehr gepflegt und die Nähe der Nachbarn bemerkt man gar nicht, da ist ein toller Sichtschutz. Dieses Haus besticht durch seine grandiose Lage, sehr zu empfehlen

This must be the most stunning house on the island! Whilst it's beautifiul both inside and outside - what stood out the most was the location. Being able to have meals at sunset overlooking the ocean as well as having private access to the most pristine and almost "hidden" beach was the highlight of our stay. The place was clean and felt safe, had all necessary amenities and our pool was cleaned for us regularly whilst we were still asleep. The host Maria was also lovely and communicative, very easy to check-in and out and always available to help with queries. The only thing I would recommend you being aware of is that there is a tourist tax for most greek islands which is 10€/night so make sure you account for that. Otherwise the house was really a 11/10 and we would love to return some day, thank you!

Nice villa by the sea. Very quiet environnement. The place was perfectly clean, fully equipped and had a huge pool. We only regret the internet connexion which is not fast enough to be able to work from there. We recommend anyway this place.

Villa Rania is a really nice beach house! The view was outstanding. The location is quite remote so I would recommend renting a car, ATV, motorcycle, or scooter on arrival. You will need to have an international drivers license in order to do that! You can’t drink the tap water at the house so be sure to stock up on bottled water. There is a lovely beach restaurant an easy and pleasant 20 minute walk from the house- Avra Oceanos. Food was great, sunsets amazing, staff very friendly. They let us buy bottled water and wine to take back to the house each night. There is another villa very close, one on each side, and depending on neighbors you may have to deal with noise and less privacy. There are a little more than 5 dozen steps to get down to the beach. Worth it!! There are air conditioning units in each bedroom, and black-out shutters. The breeze during the day was amazing! Overall a really great place and I would recommend it for a nice peaceful relaxing beach vacation.

We enjoyed many aspects of the property - the pool/beach proximity was great and the access to an almost private beach (down 76 wooden stairs) was special. The house had a few challenges. It was advertised as having air conditioning, but only the bedrooms had A/C, not the living room, which is a challenge in 40-degree weather. Also, the bathrooms could have been better. The downstairs shower was very small and cramped, and the upstairs bath had no place to hang the shower faucet forcing handheld showers (not the best way to scrub off from the beach!). Also draining the upstairs bath causes the bathroom to flood. Other than that the property was very clean, insect-free and the kitchen was well equipped for family meals and snacks.

Ik heb samen met 8 vrienden hier verbleven en het uitzicht is werkelijk prachtig. Een gezellig huis om te verblijven. Enigste jammere was dat de de trap naar het strand verwoest was door de storm.

Die Villa Rania ist von außen und der Lage sehr nett, innen fehlt etwas mehr Gemütlichkeit, wenn es Regentage gibt, die wir erlebt haben. Die Ausstattung ist praktisch. Die Eigentümer sind nett und hilfsbereit,

Beau séjour sur la côte ouest de corfou, qui a su rester sauvage contrairement à l'est. La maison dispose d'un escalier qui donne un accès direct à la mer. La plage est peu fréquentée. Cette maison convient bien pour 6 personnes et un bébé. Nous étions 8.

Buchung: Die Buchung verlief über die Agentur problemlos. Die Kommunikation erfolgte schnell und zuverlässig. Check-In: Die Check-In-Zeit konnte auf unsere Bedürfnisse angepasst werden. Lage: Die Zufahrt und der Weg zur Unterkunft sind sehr holprig. Grundsätzlich kein Problem, wenn man die Unterkunft nicht so häufig verlässt. Unterkunft: In der Unterkunft hatten wir alles, was wir brauchten. Die Eigentümerin Maria war zur Reinigung da (sehr gründlich!). Der Pool und der Garten wurden fast täglich gepflegt und gereinigt. Das war ein sehr guter Service. Unsere Wünsche wurden sofort umgesetzt. Vielen Dank an Maria und die Familie für diese Unterstützung. Die Möbel sind leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Hier wäre eine Investition sicherlich gut. Der Pool ist sauber und groß. Grundsätzlich kann ich dieses Haus empfehlen! Der Ausblick ist einfach super und der privaten Strandzugang ist unschlagbar.
