Villa Serenissima è una nuovissima villa di lusso in affitto per vacanze a Corfu, in Grecia.
Si trova a poche decine di metri dalla spiaggia di Almyros, nella parte settentrionale dell'isola e grazie alle sue 5 camere può comodamente ospitare fino a 10 persone in un ambiente moderno, lussuoso e dotato di ogni comfort.
Gli ospiti di Villa Serenissima potranno godere della presenza di ben 2 piscine esclusive: una esterna e una interna! Il mare dista solo 100 metri e affittando questa meravigliosa villa di lusso per vacanze a Corfu vivrete un'esperienza unica in una delle ville più belle e nuove dell'intera isola.

Villa Serenissima è una fantastica villa sul mare e a pochi passi da bellissime spiagge sabbiose ed eccellenti taverne dove poter assaporare la tipica cucina greca.
Esternamente presenta un giardino ben curato e recintato, una fantastica piscina, un angolo giochi per bambini, un comodo solarium e una zona attrezzata (doppio frigorifero, macchina di produzione del ghiaccio, barbecue elettrico, forno e cantinetta frigo per vini) per cucinare e mangiare all'aria aperta godendosi il clima mediterraneo tipico della Grecia.
Internamente è molto luminosa e arredata per farvi soggiornare nel moderno comfort di arredi nuovissimi e ricercati. Per i più sportivi un'attrezzata palestra è a disposizione per tenersi in forma anche in vacanza.

A fabulous luxury villa which is extremely well presented and has everything you could wish for. Location is brilliant with the beach being so close - and we loved being in Almyros which is sandier and quieter than Acharavi. All the information and support provided by Nikos was superb. The mountain views from the pool area are so lovely too. Apart from the mosquitos (especially on the drive to the villa!) it was perfect. Nikos was absolutely brilliant - always checking in via WhatsApp to make sure everything was ok and double checking before cleaners arrived.

I cannot recommend this villa highly enough. My family and I had a really wonderful holiday. The villa is really well appointed, the facilities and equipment are excellent. The location is perfect with a town close by, proximity to the beach and local restaurants. We are extremely likely to return for another stay in the future. Nikos and the team looked after us like family and gave us great advice and service. We can’t wait to go back.

We spent 21 unforgettable days at Villa Serenissima in Acharavi and were thoroughly impressed. The villa is ideally located just 100 meters from the beautiful sandy Almyros beach—perfect for daily walks and swims.
The property is modern, spacious, and impeccably clean, with high-quality furnishings and a well-equipped kitchen. The private outdoor pool is set in a quiet, sheltered garden—ideal for relaxing in total privacy.
Our children loved the dedicated play area and ping-pong table, which made family time even more enjoyable.
What truly elevated our experience was the excellent support from the PosarelliVillas team—always available, professional, and ready to assist.

Villa Serenissima was an absolute paradise! The location is fantastic, nestled in a peaceful area by the beach. The villa is spacious, elegantly furnished, and equipped with all the amenities you could possibly need for a comfortable stay.

Villa Serenissima was the perfect peaceful, private base from which my family could explore the North of Corfu. Spacious, clean, very well equipped with quality furniture, kitchen equipment etc. The outside kitchen & seating areas are a fantastic extension to the living space, plus the amazing pool. The villa management is very professional and friendly. Thank you to Nikos and team for looking after us.

Simply beyond expectations.
We booked this villa for 2 weeks and were amazed by the beauty and attention to detail.
The villa is newly built and all the spaces are spectacular.
We loved the double kitchen, both inside and outside. The equipment was modern, spacious and there was everything we needed.
The beds were extremely comfortable, we also appreciated the supply of toiletries.
The private gym is complete and very useful.
We are already planning our next holiday here.
