Iris è una porzione di villa in affitto con piscina privata nel piccolo paese di Kounoupidiana a Creta.
Questa meravigliosa casa in affitto fa parte di un complesso di 4 case "gemelle" tutte presenti nel nostro programma di affitti (Iris, Dioni, Phaedra e Aelia). Sviluppata su tre livelli, la bellissima Iris offre 2 camere e una stanza con divano letto, ospitando fino a 5 persone. Oltre al prestigio dell’arredo, questa modernissima porzione di villa si caratterizza per la luce: le grandi vetrate rendono molto luminoso ogni ambiente.
Questa casa è la soluzione ideale per tutti coloro che desiderano trascorrere una vacanza in completo relax, ma allo stesso tempo vicina ai maggiori luoghi di interesse culturale.
Iris dispone di varie zone all’aria aperta: all’ingresso della villa si trova un tavolo con sedie al coperto, al primo piano vi è un’ampia terrazza con ulteriore zona pranzo ed infine una incantevole terrazza sul tetto con solarium (accessibile dalla stanza all’ultimo piano). La vista mozzafiato dal tetto, sul panorama circostante e sul mare, arricchirà le vostre giornate.
La posizione strategica consente di raggiungere in breve tempo le più belle spiagge di Creta, le maggiori mete turistiche e i principali servizi (porto, aeroporto e autostrada).

Piano terreno: ingresso su ampio soggiorno (camino, TV) con zona pranzo e cucina (macchina da caffè, frigo, freezer, forno, lavastoviglie), WC. Dal soggiorno e dalla cucina è possibile accedere sia al patio coperto sul fronte della casa sia sul retro di essa.
Primo piano: camera matrimoniale con bagno privato con doccia, camera con due letti singoli, bagno con vasca (lavatrice). Da entrambe le camere si accede ad una terrazza molto grande con tavolo e sedie.
Secondo piano: stanza con divano letto singolo e accesso alla terrazza sul tetto (solarium).
L’aria condizionata è presente in tutti gli ambienti.

Nochmals ein RIESEN Dankeschön an die Gastgeberin Froso und Ihren Mann. Hatten eine super schöne Zeit...Haus ****** (6 Sterne wert). Strandnähe/ Super Restaurants in der Umgebung/ 10 min von Chania ( eine wunderschöne Stadt). Wir hoffen das es vllt nächstes Jahr wieder klappen kann DANKE Gruß Klimis, Susanna, Ilias, Pascalis u Emmelia

We had a wonderful stay! The accommodation was beautiful, very clean, and everything was just perfect. Frosso is such a warm and caring host she really took care of every little wish we had. It was so important to her that we felt comfortable and at home, and she truly made that happen. We had an amazing time and are already looking forward to coming back!

We had a wonderful stay and booked three of the four villas for our family party of 15, which worked out brilliantly. The villas and pool were all excellent, very clean, spacious and well-equipped. There are a few restaurants in the village of Kounoupidiana within walking distance of the property and we hired a car for supermarket runs and to get to Marathi beach. We used the bus service to get into Chania (about 20 minutes journey) and beyond - the bus stop is just up the bank which was really handy and the buses are regular and cheap. Our lovely host, Frosso was extremely helpful and always available to help with local information and booking restaurants and excursions. She was so kind to us and really was a perfect hostess. We would highly recommend a stay at these beautiful villas. Thank you so much Frosso and Posarelli Villas!

Der Check-In war bei uns aufgrund der Flugzeit verspätet, aber wir konnten problemlos mit der Schlüsselbox reinkommen. Das Apartment war sehr sauber, alles war vorhanden und die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Der Pool war grandios und die Aussicht von der Dachterasse zeigte zum einen eine Aussicht auf die Berge und eine Aussicht auf das Meer. Frosso war eine so liebe Gastgeberin! Ich konnte sie immer gut erreichen und sie war goldig! Und kleine Katzen gab es auch auf dem Grundstück, die sich gerne streicheln ließen. Super happy und würde jederzeit wieder hin. Vielleicht als Anmerkung: ein SUV ist ganz praktisch für die Einfahrt zum Parken auf dem Grundstück. Tieferliegende Autos würde ich nicht empfehlen.

We absolutely loved our stay. The apartment is clean and modern, and the pool area is perfect with stunning views. Frosso was such a lovely host - very friendly and responsive. We would definitely love to go back again!

Otroligt fint boende med privatpool! Allt var jättebra! Värden var mycket hjälpsam och vänlig. Vi fick hjälp med allt vi behövde:) Rekommenderar att äta på mitsos bbq om ni bor här, men boka bord för det är oftast fullt!

What an amazing place! We have just returned from a week in the Iris accommodation in Kounoupidiana. We were welcomed by Frosso, who was just lovely - welcoming, helpful and kind. The accommodation is just as it looks in the photos. Spotlessly clean, comfortable with everything you need. So nice having your own pool too. Spent most of our time there! Lovely seating areas on getting porch and balcony. Location is great - 10 minutes walk from lovely local restaurants, cafes, shops, and only 20 minutes drive to Chania - which is beautiful. We used the taxi and bus services to Chania a couple of times which wasn't too expensive and really worthwhile. We loved everything about this place and will definitely return. Thanks again to Frosso - you are a star! ❤️❤️❤️

Et fantastisk sted som vi gjerne kommer tilbake til. Det var god plass til fire voksne, med store og fine soverom. God lagringsplass for klær, og veldig komfortable senger. Kjøkkenet var godt utstyrt med alt man trenger av glass, tallerkener, kjeler osv. Stuen var stor og fin, med både spisebord og TV-hjørne. Stort og fint bad, med et lite trekk for badekar fremfor dusjkabinett (personlig preferanse). Uteplassen så helt ny ut, med store basseng, og også en utedusj. Vertinnen Frosso var veldig serviceminded, svarte umiddelbart på alle henvendelser, og hadde en helt fantastisk personlighet. Stedet anbefales på det varmeste
