Descrizione Proprietà
Montelopio è un bel complesso risalente al 1800 situato in posizione collinare e panoramica nella campagna Toscana.
All’interno della proprietà si trovano una struttura principale e un grazioso fienile, entrambi ristrutturati con cura rispettando lo stile architettonico originario e lasciando inalterati i bei pavimenti in cotto e i soffitti con travi a vista. Le due unità offrono 8 confortevoli appartamenti, tutti arredati con gusto in stile rustico, tipico Toscano
Un'esclusiva località nel Chianti che offre ai visitatori tutte le bellezze territoriali della regione, un paesaggio rinomato nel mondo per la sua storia, le bellezze del territorio, e le specialità enogastronomiche di questo luogo meraviglioso.
Montelopio mette a disposizione una bella piscina dove passare piacevoli momenti di svago con amici e familiari, un ampio giardino per le giornate all'aperto che esalterà le pietanze dei vostri banchetti estivi.

All’interno della proprietà è possibile acquistare prodotti tipici locali (vino, olio, miele e ottime marmellate). Su richiesta è anche possibile prenotare massaggi, visite alle più belle città d’arte, corsi di cucina, di pittura, escursioni, passeggiate a cavallo, escursioni aeree ecc.
In caso di prenotazioni su tutti gli 8 appartamenti dell'intera struttura siete pregati di contattarci prima della conferma.
Distanze: il piccolo centro di Montelopio a 1 km, di Fabbrica con negozi di tutti i generi a 4 km, un ottimo ristorante dove poter gustare piatti tipici della tradizione locale a ca. 800 metri, San Gimignano a 30 km, Volterra a 25 km, la cittadina di Pontedera a 23 km, Pisa (aeroporto) a 50 km, Firenze (aeroporto) e Lucca a 65 km, Livorno (mare) a 50 km, Casciana Terme (con stazione termale) a 25 km, Siena a ca. 70 km. La costa con belle spiagge attrezzate si trova a circa 45 minuti di macchina.

Wir haben als Gruppe die gesamte Anlage gemietet und waren sehr zufrieden. Ich habe in der Wohnung Rosa geschlafen. Die Schlafzimmer sind groß und hübsch eingerichtet. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir waren mit der Wohnung super zufrieden. Die Klimaanlage hat in jedem Raum gut funktioniert. Die gesamte Anlage sieht sehr gepflegt aus. Die Anlage am Pool ist besonders toll. Wir haben unsere Zeit dort sehr genossen.

Super schönes Anwesen mit gepflegter Anlage und Pool. Die Wohnungen waren sauber und man konnte sich direkt wohl fühlen. Ideal für größere Gruppen/Familien. Mehrere kleine Lauben um den Abend zu genießen oder sich mal zurück zuziehen. Ein schöner Ort um mit Familie/Freunden Zeit zu verbringen und dem Alltag zu entfliehen.

Ein sehr schönes Objekt, mit toller Poolanlage. Gepflegt, ordentlich und netter Service. Wir haben als Gruppe, das ganze Objekt gemietet und waren alle sehr zufrieden. Bei dem heißen Wetter, waren wir dankbar für die funktionierenden Klimaanlagen.
Die Pizzaparty ist zu empfehlen!

We enjoyed our holidays there. Our apartement was clean and well equipped (kitchen). It was very warm during the days, so the air conditioner was very practical. On top of that the pizza evening was a very special experience. It was very delicious! Thank you for that.
The only thing is that the lock of the bathrooms door sometimes didn't unlock. That would be that only thing that should be improved. Everything else was very, very good!

Cadre super sympa avec une très belle piscine aménagée avec un domaine très bien entretenu. Personnel disponible et à l'écoute. Jolie région beaucoup de mieux à visiter. Nous recommandons !

Nur die Tischtennisplatte war defekt und ein Spielplatz/Fussball-- und/oder Badkettballplatz fehlt. Es gibt nur eine Rutsch und Schaukel für kleine Kinder (bis 6 Jahre)

Apt Girasole has a very nice porch. Swimming-pool and facilities are ok. Very nice view. Apartment living room too small. During summertime this is no problem, but off-season this might be a problem, bedrooms just ok. Matrasses are a bit firm. Weekly pizza party too expensive. This activity can have more result if a little more prfoessionalism is put into it.
Suggest to install airco instead of fans.

We had a little difficulty finding the property with the directions, it turned out we came from the opposite direction.
The property was down a gravel road which was very badly maintained however was in a beautiful location with amazing views.
We stayed in Montelopio 3. It had plenty of space for the 5 of us. Initially we were the only visitors, however another family did arrive. The walls of the villa were very thin and so noise was clearly heard from the neighbours.
On the whole the villa was great, the owners were very friendly and accommodating. I would go back and visit again if we were in the same area.

The holiday was excellent. We particularly asked for a wheelchair accessible apartment and our's was up to our requirements. Sadly the beds were too high for my husband to transfer onto but with the help of the manager we were able to use the bedsettee. Other than this the apartments, pool and surrounding area was absolutely wonderful. We had a superb meal at the restaurant down the lane and we enjoyed sightseeing in not only the nearby hilltop villages but also San Gimignarno, Pisa and Florence. One week really wasn't long enough and we all hope to visit our apartment at this lovely complex again but next time for longer! Our thanks to the management for our Italian idyll!

Montelopio is situated between villages, with beautiful views of surrounding Tuscan hills. The property is beautifully kept and since this was the first nice week of warmer weather after heavy rains, trees were sprouting and flowers were blooming! The first few mornings, the temps were cool and the hills covered in fog. I loved the view from our window ~ the sun burning through the fog to reveal cypress & olive trees near by and the hills surrounding! Since this was our first visit to Tuscany, we spent most of our (1 week) time sightseeing in surrounding "tourist hotspots" - Pisa, Lucca, Siena, Arrezzo, Florence, San Gimingnano, Volterra, Livorno, Calci & San Miniato. We enjoyed the drive and scenery no matter which route we took to that day's destination. A few times we took "backroads" from Montelopio, just to see where we would end up, but never got lost as, it seemed, all the winding roads eventually connect somewhere along the way. On this vacation!
, our days were full of walking, looking, & picture taking. Every evening, we enjoyed relaxing dinners (traditional pasta, pizza & wine) at the restaurants in Peccioli; our favorite was Via Nova where, as exhausted tourists, we were welcome and very comfortable coming in later in the evening. Our next vacation to Montelopio WILL BE more relaxing so we can enjoy the sun, pool & views Montelopio has to offer.
Peccioli is a nice village with restraunts that we frequented every evening after a full day of sightseeing & touring in surrounding areas.The agent who greeted us was friendly and helpful answering an questions we had(Sorry, I don't recall her name). The owner, Francesco, also very friendly and HELPFUL!!! Thank you Francesco! =]
