Quattro grandi appartamenti totalmente indipendenti situati all’interno di una bella casa colonica e del suo fienile (distante ca. 25 m), entrambi restaurati con cura. La proprietà è composta da 6 appartamenti e di trova in posizione dominante, panoramica e tranquilla. Bella vista sulla campagna e i vigneti di Vernaccia, famoso vino bianco millenario di San Gimignano. La proprietà offre un ampio giardino curato, totalmente recintato (15.000 m2) con grande piscina con magnifica vista sulla città di San Gimignano all’orizzonte. Ogni appartamento dispone di un “doppio” spazio esterno privato (davanti e dietro) a ghiaia e prato attrezzato con tavolo e sedie, l’arredamento è nuovo in stile rustico.
Una piccola strada di campagna costeggia la proprietà.
Distanze: negozio di generi alimentari, bar, ristorante a 4 km, Certaldo con negozi di ogni genere e campo da tennis a 6 km, San Gimignano a 6 km, la città etrusca di Volterra e Siena a ca. 40 km, Radda in Chianti a 42 km, Firenze (aeroporto) a 50 km, Pisa (aeroporto) a 75 km, Marina di Cecina (spiagge) a 80 km, Roma a 280 km.
A disposizione degli ospiti (e in comune con gli altri appartamenti): giardino recintato (prato di ca. 15.000 m2), piscina (7 x 14 m - massima profondità 1,4 m - aperta dal 21/04 to 13/10), doccia esterna (acqua fredda), giochi per bambini, barbecue, 7 biciclette (di cui una per ragazzi). Lavanderia (lavatrice, ferro e asse da stiro) e ricevimento al piano terreno inferiore del fienile.
Tutti gli appartamenti sono dotati di ventilatori a soffitto in tutte le stanze, zanzariere a tutte le finestre e asciugacapelli.

Lovely villa with great outdoor space. Good location for Certaldo. The only downside was the communal living areas, the kitchen was not big enough to cook for eight people every night and because the living room was upstairs its didn't really get used. |

We were at the Massi for 7 days, it was grate place for us,my parents who are not so young loved it too, in the middle of the lovely vineyards with grate weather and grate wine,was perfect vacation. |

Fabulous location next to the very amazing medieval town of San Gimignano. Property was immaculately presented, with great swimming pool and entertainment for children. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property as a top place to stay. |

This villa was absolutely ideally situated, about three kilometres from San Gimignano and surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. Picture perfect views. We had it all to ourselves for most of the stay which was even better as the pool and grounds were lovely. |

We, merried couple, spent a wonderful time at the Massi place. Everything was superb: great appartment, great position on top of a slope, great neighbourhood. Mrs Barbara Massi is a perfect hostess, proud of her property. In short, an absolute must! |

We stayed in massi from 31th of july till 14th of august . I must say we where pleased when we arrived at the property . The property was verry clean , the gardens arround the complex where excellent and the landlord(ess) was verry friendly and helpfull. We can recommend the house for everybody who wants to enjoy the surrounding views ( wich was great, the city of San gimignano at the hillside). |

Fantastic location with stunning views of the Tuscan countryside. Apartments were excellent, much better than 3 star rating. Pool area kept clean and tidied daily. Highly recommend for a relaxing break. |

What a stunning place to stay!! We booked both Massi 1 & 2 (14 Adults 4 Children) to use as a base for our wedding in Certaldo Alto. Massi sits on top of a hill between San Gimignano and Certaldo, about 3 miles away from both and surrounded by grape and olive fields with beautiful views all around. If you want to experience typical Tuscan countryside then this is the place to come! |
